Robenny Corporation is an international management consulting firm. C-Suite Executive Search Service is one of our core business only focus on all positions with a base salary of at least USD250,000 per annum, operating at a global, regional or local level. 

Our client, a Fintech Company from New York City, are seeking for C - level Candidate who has experience of product/technology sales to BFSI (Banking, Financial Service and Insurance) Clients only. The role of Vice President of Business Development shall work closely with the CEO, basing in Vancouver, Canada in-charge of West Coast of North America.

  • Engage and proposing the development of Product propositions 
  • Devise go to market plan for the services, driving and coordinating the pace of execution 
  • Implement of Business Development Strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage 
  • Regularly report achievements versus forecasts to the Senior Management Team. 
  • Manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns. 
  • Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery 
  • Establish and monitor performance reporting systems 


  • 15+ years of relevant experience with MBA
  • Result Oriented with track record of achievements 
  • An in depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery 
  • Should possess excellent relationship account management skills 
  • Should have high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business 
  • Excellent, written /oral communication skills, presentation, negotiation, relationship building skills & ability to operate independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively
