Our Client, one of the biggest Pharmaceutical Company from US, looking for C-Suite Candidate as a Vice President in-charge for Retail Pharmacy Business - APAC basing in Shanghai, China. This position will report to APAC President and advise all Country Heads
Sales & Marketing Positions...
  • Spearheads the growth strategy of retail pharmacy business APAC
  • Responsible for establishing robust systems and processes
  • Ensures that the strategic vision for the organization is defined, developed, and executed
  • Ensures that the needs of organizational stakeholders are prioritized and managed
  • Ensures that all major processes are developed and run efficiently and effectively
  • Effectively oversees the budget process and efficiently manages oversight of the endowment with appropriate investment returns over time
  • Keeps the Board fully informed on the condition of client organization and on all the important factors influencing it
  • Informs the Board and its committees about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy-making
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the larger client organization on all matters relating to retail business
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored in
  • Build and lead a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop a profitable Retail business
  • Generate and implement new initiatives to increase Retail sales and profitability
  • Provide expertise on current Retail industry best practices 
  • 15+ years of Exposure to a global or international job
  • 10+ years in FMCG Industry
  • Strongly in cross functional advisory
  • Excellent in Sales & Marketing Strategy; Brand and mix development; Consumer Behaviors and Distribution Channel
