Our Client, a biggest Luxury Retail Business from New York City, USA, looking for C-Suite Candidate as a Human Resources Manager - HR Business Partner basing in Hai Duong, Vietnam, leading HR teams strategically to enhance growth of resources in line with business demands and requirements. This position will report to Vice President of Asia Pacific and Country General Director.
Luxury Retail & Manufacturing Positions...
  • Recruitment, retention and training:
    • Constantly manage all resources,  take complete responsibility for recruitment activities, work with the plant director to identify key positions and enable succession planning as and when needed. Identify staff vacancies, interview and recruit candidates
    • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention
    • Conduct new employee orientation and encourage positive attitude towards  organisational objectives
    • Provides guidance for other managers on development of their teams. Identifies topics for training all the employees, create and implement a training plan. Generate a training budget on time
  • Compensation, performance and benefits management:
    • Administer compensation, benefits and performances of employees. Analyse and if needed, modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Ensure any changes are done only after getting approvals from relevant. Involve in planning, directing and co-ordinating all activities related to compensation, performance management and benefits of employees. Ensure all pay roll related activities are processed on time
  • Policies, procedures and reports:
    • In conjunction with Plant Director, ensure all company policies and procedures related to HR are up to date and are in line  with the labor laws and corporate laws
    • Generate new policies and procedures which would help to constantly improvise the working condition
    • Generate and circulate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to monitor key HR statistics which include but not limited to overtime, absenteeism, holiday percentage remaining, attrition rates, employee age information, etc
  • Employee relationship management and disciplinary actions:
    • Work with all the managers and employees, coaching them and advising them on all the people issues. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that need improvement
    • Advise managers on organisational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, fairness in treating all employees, ethical code of conduct, sexual harassments
    • Actively lead and participate in all the disciplinary meetings and help managers as and when needed/applicable 


  • B.A degree with at least 10 years experience in Human Resources Management
  • Strong in interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken English and good English writing ability
