Our Client, one of a Biggest Family Business Groups from Vietnam. Diversified business in Sugar Producer, Energy, Real Estate, Travel/Hospitality and Education. We are looking for C-Suite Candidate for the position of Group Chief People Officer basing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This position will report to Group Chief Executive Officer
Human Resources Positions...
  • Initially the role will be focused on establishing the HR function and HR services including consulting, counseling, training, employee relations, general employee communications and all aspects of total rewards such as pay planning and position classification.
  • Provides guidance and direction to HR, business leaders and employees with emphasis on maintaining a high performing work environment.
  • The Group CPO is responsible for working with department and functional leaders across the businesses on organization decisions and subsequent implementation. This could involve enterprise wide projects. The Group CPO will challenge managers to achieve superior results on key human resources issues and productivity; acts in a consultative role to achieve these results.
  • Creates change management and communications strategy to support country/ corporate-wide organizational initiatives and manage expectations of business leaders and employees.
  • Provide leadership and direction to managers and employees on human resources policies, plans, programs, practices, processes and tools to ensure knowledge transfer, enhanced organizational capability related to the management and development of people and consistent delivery.
  • Directs and reviews audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of Human Resource data, applications and reports. Promotes operational efficiency, security and effectiveness of controls.
  • Partner with Compensation specialists to analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation.  Review market data to determine competitive wage rate.  Manage salary planning and administer compensation planning to ensure that managers are in compliance and maintain internal equity within the organization.
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance for entire organization. Ensures all company data is gathered and completed accurately and within compliance and filing date(s) are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all human resource processes including; recruiting, new hire, performance administration/reviews, separations, terminations and transfers are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant and timely manner.
  • Partner with Talent Sourcing to ensure the identification, development and retention of top talent.
  • Implement and sustain continuously higher levels of improvement through well managed change processes.
  • Ensure that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization.
  • Manage an effective succession plan for business leaders in the organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 20 years of  progressively challenging Human Resource Generalist experience
  • 10 years of Human Resource experience with a large scaled-up business.
  • Multi-cultural acumen or experience in a global multi-site environment
