Our Client, a New York based medical products company with well established dental products manufacturing. We are looking for C-Suite Candidate for the position of Executive Vice President in-charge for Business Development basing in Vancouver, Canada overseeing West region and Asia Pacific Markets. This position will report to Group CEO

Responsibilities
  • Be in-charge of P&L Management / Improvement for West region and Asia Pacific markets
  • Develop, Reshape Strategic Planning & Direction by adapting business model from US into local markets
  • Support local teams to build strong relationship with KOLs and Local Partners/ Distributors
  • Develop, Train and Coach Key Account Experts team in region
  • Advise R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain Team in US for new products launching
Qualifications
  • Engineer MBA with 20+years experience, presently at CEO/COO/President /SBU Head with a medical equipment /pharma /healthcare company capable of managing an Expert Team of 100 people
  • Good knowledge of DRUG REGULATORY AFFAIRS besides Strategic Planning, Production, SCM, Finance & Commercial, Training, Profit & Loss responsibility is required
